RULES AND REGULATIONS

The competition is open to all PG and PhD scholars from different Ayurveda Colleges. It will be conducted in 2 phases. The preliminary round will be conducted by dividing the participants into 14 groups based on the departments and the best presentation from each group will compete in the final round. Winners from individual groups will be given a memento and overall winners will be awarded with cash prize.

 ABSTRACT
  •       Font: Times New Roman.
  •      Font Size: 14
  •       Font colour: Black
  •            Words: 150-300; *[For Dravyaguna vijnanam not more than 1000 words]
  •           Last date for submission:31/12/2019 (Tuesday)
  •           The abstract should be in 'PDF' format.
  •     The abstract mail should contain abstract, references, your e-mail id and           mobile number.
  •     The abstract should be sent to the e-mail id: saadhanaa2020ppt@gmail.com.
  •      The abstract should be in the format of :

·    Result
·    Discussion


NB: The format for abstract is not compulsory for Moulika Sidhanta and Dravyaguna Vijyana.

FULL PAPER
  •        Font: Times New Roman
  •             Font size: Header [22-26] and  Body [16-20]
  •          Font colour: Black
  •       Paper should be in '.docx' format and the presentation should be in '.pptx'          format.
  •             Last day for submission: 25-01-2020-Saturday.
  •              Every student should sent a copy of the presentation to the mail:                saadhanaa2020ppt@gmail.com and should also bring a copy with them in CD.
  •          The paper must be preceded by a cover page specifying the title of the paper, name of author and their college name.
  •      After you have submitted the soft copy, a panel of judges will go through your material and if you are shortlisted to give the presentation, you will be notified.

PAPER PRESENTATION
·        Time allotted: 8+2 minutes
                                   +2 minutes for interaction
                                   Total time: 12 minutes.

·        Minimum number of slides: 5
·        Students who exceed the time limit will be eliminated.
·        The decision of the judges will be final and no arguments will be entertained.

POSTER PRESENTATION
· Topic for poster presentation  :"NEUROLOGICAL  MOVEMENT DISORDERS"
· Dimensions: 3*4 ft
· Material of poster: Eco friendly material should be used.
· Flex and other Non-Eco friendly posters will be rejected.
· Soft copy of poster presentation should be send to the e-mail id:saadhanaa2020@ppt.com
· The last date for submission of the soft copy: 03-02-2020 - Monday
